Action Christianity’s Beliefs on Partnering, Financially, Giving, and Handling Money Openly and Responsibly Before God
SHARE
Action Christianity holds the following financial beliefs
We believe a worker is worth his pay. We work and spend as much time as we can giving away for free what we got for free. Your gifts help us spend more time serving others by ministering and training more ministers. The more time we have for this – the more we can do for eternity. So, we boldly you ask you and encourage you to prayerfully invest into changing eternity by investing into us – as part of your Heavenly savings (Matthew 6:19-21).
If you see we are doing something that bears real fruit – and that we are able to multiply it – and it looks a lot like original Jesus-style loving obedient discipleship, also in Western Europe and globally from here, then we are probably a good investment.
You should take the time to study both the Bible and us well. Please look around and study us in this work of the ministry. We suggest the below Bible study as a good general foundation for choosing where to invest in eternity through earthly money:
Biblical Stewardship
For real healthy giving and being a good steward of the money given to you by God as a gift to administrate, please read all Scriptures below – in context and with cross references – and please see more on reading and interpreting the Bible well here: A Bible Study About Bible Study. And since we are not just saying: Give – but study and pray – we believe you are stronger because of it – and the gifts will be stronger and better placed in your heart and action in the long run.
The greatest foundation and LOVE of all
John 15:15, Eph 2:8-9, John 3:16-17, Jam 2:23, 2 Cor 5:21
No matter what you do – remember – you are already freely, completely, and perfectly FORGIVEN & LOVED by Daddy God through faith in Christ Jesus. We just need to repent, turn from the sin of unbelief, and believe in that. He simply wants to be best friends with you. And He wants to use you to do Matt 10 & Luke 10 etc. The cross & His blood and suffering proves this true love beyond doubt – as the only thing that forever stands secure as indisputable proof of His true eternal love for you!!! Now He lovingly and truthfully commands us all to wake up to the brokenness of the world and our own brokenness, take responsibility for our decisions and sin, humble ourselves and believe in this and to follow and obey Him – all in – heart & soul – led by the Holy Spirit. You are justified and made perfect in the eyes of God through a free gift through receiving and trusting in the cross of Jesus alone – where He took all our sin. Read more here.
Building on that foundation
1. Freely you have been given – so freely give.
Matt 10:8, Jam 1:17, Rom 11:36
Freely you have been given – so freely give. Matt 10:8, Jam 1:17, Rom 11:36
We believe everything we all have is a gift from God. We have nothing apart from what we have received from God. All we have is His – we are merely administrators. So, our foundation is that all we do is for free. We never charge for anything. Jesus and the disciples didn’t. Whatever we do should already be paid for in full.
All Action Christian Partners as well as all others who want are invited to our live and online teaching, healing, prophetic, deliverance sessions. Please sign up for info about getting trained and getting newsletters here.
2. No one should ever be forced to give.
Mark 4:19, 2 Cor 9:6-7, Prov 11:25, Gen 12:2-3
Do not ever give under compulsion – if you are not happy to give. Please don’t J. However, if you never find joy in giving – then there could be an issue of fear and unbelief – and there could be a lack of realizing – all we have is God’s – and He gave freely and sacrificially.
3. It is right and good to give.
Matt 10:9-10, Luke 10:7, 1 Tim 5:17-18, Matt 6:21, 1 Cor 9:1-14, Gal 6:6
A worker is worth their hire. Those who help us and spend real time on us – are worth their pay – and as a principle of truth and honor – we should ourselves – if we have money to pay – pay them for the work they do for us. Since the work we do in healing and deliverance in a lot of ways looks like the work of a psychologist, you can compare an hour with them to one we do. Their average hourly pay where we live is about 162 USD pr hour / 1129 DKK. Money simply enables disciples to spend more time focusing on making disciples and obeying Matt & Luke 10 – so they do not have to work another job and spend time on that.
4. You take part in the eternal change and reward that money enables in others.
Luke 12:33, Luke 16:9
Use earthly wealth to store up eternal riches in Heaven by enabling people to spend more time specifically ministering.
5. Giving can be and should sometimes be sacrificial.
1 Chron 21:24, Luke 14:25-27
Sacrifice is part of the Christian life. And giving up our things, time, energy, and money for others is so much like Jesus – just think of the cross…
6. We believe in tithes first – and then giving on top of that. Giving destroys greed and the love of money.
Heb 7:8, Luke 11:42, Mal 3:10, 1 Tim 6:10, Mark 4:19
At Action Christianity we believe the tithe (10% of our gross income before taxes) goes to the local Christian fellowship where we get our “spiritual food”. On top of the tithe, we then give to the poor, support ministries like ours etc. We believe all Christians should be a part of a local healthy Christian fellowship – which fully seeks to express and to be as a New Testament type fellowship including that level of miracles, discipleship commitment, fellowship, holiness, giving, and teaching.
7. We are responsible to God for where we give.
Matt 13:8-26, Gal 6:8, Deut 28
We give first to Jesus – then within that, we are accountable before God to give to good places where lives are truly changed for eternity. That means people and places, where people come to know Jesus and are raised up and set free to be New Testament level disciples who disciple others who disciple others.
8. This is not about riches on earth.
Phil 4:12-13+19, Heb 13:5, 1 Tim 6:6-12+17-19
We believe in having enough – so we will not be driving expensive cars or living in luxury houses – but we will be guided by wise prudent principles of spending. When we have more than enough – we give for a changed eternity. Also, it is not if we have money – but if money “has us”. What / Whom we are obedient to – is our god / God.
9. Why not pay it forward?
Luke 1:50, 2 Tim 2:2, Matt & Luk 10, Psalm 145:4, Psalm 78:4, Psalm 71:18, Deut 6:6-7
We encourage you, pay the help you receive from us forward to others firstly – by training yourself to help others and step out into actually doing it yourself (we need so much help – please connect with us and help us change lives) – please see our Action Christian Discipleship Classes here – and through helping us by “buying” more of our time to serve others – and not have to work other jobs as well – which many of us happily do as Paul also did (1 Cor 9:1-18).
10. Thorough financial accountability and complete openness.
Luke 16:10-14, Prov 12:22, Prov 13:11, Prov 20:10, Prov 29:27
Now we are small – but our plans are that our finances will be audited, and we seek to live up to and come under the charters of the Evangelical Alliance of Financial Accountability for Ministries and Churches (ECFA), as well as the Danish organization for organizations that receive gifts www.isobro.dk as well as www.frikirkenet.dk a Danish cross denominational umbrella of evangelical Bible believing and practicing churches and ministries. To begin with – our finances go under and through and are audited under the local church fellowship we are a part of, which is www.kbhfrikirke.dk.
In Summary
Luk 21:1-4, Rom 13:8, 2 Cor 8:12, 1 Tim 6:17, Jam 5:1-6, Mat 6:21
All we have here – including our time, energy, talent, and treasure – is given to us for free from Daddyo. So – considering the cross – give – only if you can and really want to. Give as much as you want, not more than you can – never going into debt to give. God sees our hearts – and it is not about the amount. Where our money goes shows our priorities. A little can be much to some – and much can be extremely little to others. Let’s never worship money or riches – but use our money wisely – for eternity.
Why Give to Action Christianity?
We give away what we have for free (Matt 10:8). And we believe in bringing all of us into direct discipleship under the original Biblical Jesus and His complete discipleship training (John 20:21 & 1 John 4:17 leading to a gradual increase in a Matthew 10 & Luke 10 lifestyle for all). We will live that life to the best of our ability (Phil 3:13), to bear much fruit to the glory of the Father as we can (John 15:8). And we believe all are called to choose to gradually grow into living that life and grow from where they are (Rom 12:6) into all that God is and has. And the standard is Jesus first and we will answer to Him for our lives on the bases of love (which is proven in obedient action) only. So, our purpose is to train all to do all (Mark 3:14-15 & Matt 10 & Luke 10), so they can teach others to train and do all. To read and do. And to do it well in all languages globally (Matt 28:18-20, Matt 24:14). So, the money will literally go towards training all to do and teach obedience to all that Jesus taught and trained his 12 + the 70 + and the 120 + to be and do – so that they can give that training to others and so on. So, your gift will enable more people will be able to spend more time doing this better and more – everywhere.
