The Names, Personality, and Character of God
The Forever Unchangeable “Periodic Table” of Basic Elements of the Personality, Character, Nature, Essence, Being, and Love of God
As I have studied the Christian faith and the Bible, I have gradually discovered more ingredients to true eternal love, the personality, and character of God. I encourage you to look up all the embedded links to see that all of this is actually in the Bible.
So, GOD TRULY ETERNALLY IS – ❤️🩹❤️🔥🕊️😍🤗🎁❣️
- Relationship / Friendship – He is the Friend of friends (NON-religious = non routine, non-fake but real intimate deep dynamic adventurous creative friendship) which is the very core and foundation of all the above. God is relationship in being: Father+Son+Holy Spirit, 3 in 1, perfect unity & diversity (Ephesians 5:32, John 14:20, John 15:15, Romans 8:15-16, Matthew 6:5-15) Name: Friend of Friends.
- Love (eternally and never changes)
- Truth / Honesty / Hate of evil and injustice.
- Justice (with passion) / Correct consequences of doing wrong / Anger towards injustice. Judging evil, lies, impurity, rebellion
- King of Kings, Lord of Lords, Commander, Master, Leader, Teacher (Revelation 17:14, John 13:13)
- Life / Lifegiving / Open to all
- Light & more about the light of God here
- Humility / Broken – will not crush a broken person / spirit
- Wisdom / Insight / Understanding
- Freedom to be free and choose for yourself. Honoring of and respect for our own choices
- Purity / Righteousness / Holiness / Perfection
- True faith / Hate of hypocritical rule based religion (rules for rules sake, rules for pride, greed, fear of people, status, hate of rules that are not true and loving. Rules that come above relationship, intimate friendship and are not in the right priority). God has complete faith in you (God is love and 1 Cor 13 is the definition of love). Nothing is impossible for the one who believes. God is limitless faith.
- Giving without demanding or even expecting something in return (Luke 6:35-36).
- Joy / Gladness / Exuberance (Romans 14:17, Hebrews 1:9, Luke 10:21)
- Fruitfulness (Genesis 1:28, John 15:8-17 / Creativity (Exodus 31:3-5, Genesis 1:20-27)
- Worth & Value (Revelation 4:11) / Glory (John 17:6-26) / Honor (Romans 13:7) / To be esteemed (Daniel 10:11) and rewarded right (Matthew 6:6-7) / Respect (1 Peter 2:17) / Honor of the good
- Hope / The best is yet to come (1 Corinthians 13:13)
- Serving (God, others, and ourselves) (Philippians 2:6-8, John 13:1-17)
- Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6) / Seeking peace / Reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:19-21)
- Rest / Shabbat Shalom / Jesus is our Sabbath Peace with God from good works to achieve good standing with God (Hebrews 4:9-11)
- Gentle (Matthew 11:29) / Vulnerable & Compassionate (Matthew 9:36, Luke 15:20) / Kind (Psalm 103:8) / Good (Psalm 136)
- Abundance (2 Corinthians 9:8)
- Purpose / Vision / Present and Future (Jeremiah 29:11)
- Positivity / Proactive / Growth / Honor of Free Will (Mark 1:15, Joshua 24:14-15)
- Obedience (with freedom, no violence and respect for free will) – but “follow me” (Hebrews 5:8)
- Humor / Fun (Proverbs 17:22, Psalm 2:2-4)
- Clarity (2 Corinthians 10:5)
- Grace is complete and full forgiveness for free, It is also undeserved full favor and love and power to overcome all through the cross and the blood of Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit) – fully receiving the broken, repentant, needy, humble person. (Ephesians 2:8-10, Psalm 145:8-9)
- Thankfulness / Gratefulness (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18).
- Taking us on an upward spiral of growth (Philippians 3:14)
- Healing and deliverance from evil and from evil spirits (Luke 9:1-2)
- Responsibility to be mature (Colossians 1:28)
- Good emotions / Feelings / Ecstasies / Floods of amazing emotions (2 Corinthians 12:3-4, Isaiah 6:1, Daniel 2:19-21, Ephesians 5:18, Philippians 4:7)
- Strength to help, free, lift up (Psalms 18:2-4)
- Courage / Encouragement / Boldness (Deuteronomy 31:6-8, 2 Timothy 1:7)
- Passion / Eagerness / Fire / Zeal (James 4:5, Psalm 69:9, Phil 1:20), John 2:17)
- Order / Logical / Mathematical / Scientific (Col 1:17, Hebrews 1:3, John 1:1-4) – He made all, so math, atoms, the physical and supernatural world come from Him – but clearly – has rebelled and is in great disorder due to our rebellion and the rebellion of demons against true love.
- All powerful (Psalm 115:3, Luke 1:37). Supernatural reality, the strongest power, deliverance from evil Spirits, baptism in the Holy Spirit, speaking in tongues, prophecy, visits to Heaven. Nothing is impossible with God.
- Heaven – the perfect place with no evil forever (Matthew 6:10, John 14:2–4, Revelation 21:22–27. Where all of this is represented perfectly continuously and increasingly!!
- Meaningful (the meaning and purpose of life is deep loving friendship with God) (Jeremiah 29:11)
- Freeing / Liberating / Freedom (Galatians 5:1, John 8:32, John 8:36, 2 Corinthians 3:17)
- Proactively taking full responsibility to be fighting for love, people, goodness, justice (Joshua 24:14-15, John 1:12, Romans 1:16, Romans 10:14-17)
- Patience (2 Peter 3:8–10, Galatians 5:22-26)
- All knowing (1 John 3:20, Psalm 139:4)
- Empathetic / Showing true empathy (Luke 13:10-17, Matthew 9:36)
- Jesus is called both: The Lion of the tribe of Judah (Revelation 5:5) – and the Lamb who was slain (Revelation 5:6-10 & Revelation 13:8). Romans 11:22 says: know both the kindness and the severity of our God.
- Non-regretter: Never regrets His calling on each and every human! (Romans 11:29, Numbers 23:19, James 1:17)
- A “Tester and exposer of our true Foundation, Faith, and Character” through suffering – so we can be cleansed and only have Him as our foundation (John 6:6, Matthew 4:1, James 1:2-4, James 1:12, Hebrews 12:27, Hebrews 5:8, Genesis 3:8-10)

True love is not one of the above – but all of the above at the same time all the time – or else – it is not love at all – God is love!
We are to strive to be like our Creator in all things, for we are made in His image, yet knowing we are dust, we are not perfect in the flesh, for the flesh will always be broken and is under death – so we focus on the Holy Spirit – to win and live holy – like He is holy – and since we can always chose to do that – we are without excuse for any sin. As our foundation, though, is the blood of Jesus, through which God sees us – that cleanses us from all unrighteousness. So, we are just as perfect as He, Jesus, is in the eyes of the Father.
Philippians 4:8
Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.
Colossians 3:1-3, 12-17
1 Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. 2 Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. 3 For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. … 12 Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. 13 Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. 14 And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. 15 Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful. 16 Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts. 17 And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
