Personal Commitment Manifesto

Is anyone with me – I wonder (?) and I seek:

I commit to cracking the hard nut of exponential multiplication in the Western Hemisphere.

Therefore, I commit to the following principles:

… is anyone still with me? If you are – let’s build together, let’s experiment, let’s invest, let’s run, let’s do this. Will you commit to this with me?

  1. To value loving, true, righteous friendship with the Father, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, fellow believers, and myself first. That is, often setting aside quality time to be with the Father one-to-one.
  2. To understand, receive, and wholeheartedly repent into the whole loving, liberating truth in Truth Himself, Jesus, and His written Word, the Bible—and to act on everything Jesus did and commanded.
  3. To think exponential multiplication of myself and others directly under the whole fullness of Jesus and His training of His 12 and 70 into everything—with Him as personal, direct Master and God.
  4. To act on the fullness of Jesus’ own job description, which He carried out and passed on directly to His disciples in Matthew 10 and Luke 10.
  5. To allow myself to be trained by the fullness of the fivefold ministries into maturity in the whole fullness of Christ.
  6. To suffer in, with, and alongside Christ, and to overcome in, with, and alongside Christ.
  7. To be relevant in language, clothing, culture, and expression, in keeping with the whole law of love in Christ toward those I am to reach.
  8. To raise up all who are willing, who will mature, who will repent, into leadership—even to be able to run even better and more than I do, according to their actual level of talent.
  9. That repentance, inner healing from trauma, freedom from curses, and freedom from evil spirits are for everyone and are fundamentally important to go through in order to enter into the fullness of all the wonderful freedom God has for us.
  10. To proclaim the fullness of the cross, where Jesus BECAME—and thereby forever REMOVED—all loneliness, guilt, shame, anxiety, impurity, rejection, injustice, self-worth, doubt, accusation, lies, death, violence, destruction, rebellion, retaliation, AND judged all those sins null and void by faith in Jesus and guilty unto death.
  11. To open my life fully to Jesus-style discipleship, open my home weekly/daily for meetings, open my weekly calendar to disciple others in their homes and environments, including online, and proactively lead people to faith through God’s power, Spirit, and Word, and take good care of the newly believing little children as a mature parent.
  12. Personally, to prioritize this form of Christian faith and time priority, and to lead others to this, more than holding public Sunday services in a building and being paid for it.
  13. To bring the tithe before tax and additional gifts beyond that to my local Christian fellowship.
  14. Everything that the whole fullness of healthy, normal, holistic discipleship in the Father’s love contains regarding family, work, submission, the fruit of the Spirit, loving righteous deeds, and influence.

Exponential Multiplication

As I am reading “Breakthrough Leadership” these are some thoughts I am pondering:

Principles for people who buy into the vision, want to contribute, and are interested in leading.

  1. Expect training in:
    • Succeeding in hearing from God yourself through listening prayer.
    • Reading, understanding, and changing your habits, and acting obediently under God’s Word, the Bible.
    • Sharing your faith and stories effectively with others, leading them to faith and caring for them.
    • Following good, healthy mentors — and being trained to become one and do the same for others.
  2. Don’t expect to just come and be served by professionals. Expect to be trained to lead, contribute and make a difference yourself — both receiving and giving.
  3. Expect no buildings, but that we use our own homes and at times rent facilities.
  4. Expect no lofty titles, but a description of function that says how you best serve everyone by freely giving what and who you are by grace.
  5. Expect no salary, but that you live on what is necessary and earn your own living.
  6. Expect persecution, suffering, pain, misunderstanding, mockery, social and physical death — which we have handed over to Jesus — and that the Father, Jesus, the Holy Spirit and angels are with you always, also with great signs and wonders.
  7. Expect a deep personal journey of inner healing and freedom from evil spirits – which you then turn around and give on to others.
  8. Expect hard work, and that your mind, your eyes, your thoughts, your attention and your weekly schedule are filled with things that lead you and others to — and deeper into — the Father’s love, and doing what He does, with Him.
  9. Expect to take on a big, deep, lifelong discipleship training. Imagine: Jesus wants to train you to be able to do exactly what He did and trained His 12 and 70 to do. This is the will of God.
  10. Expect personally to have to say a partial no to how many others practise the Christian faith — including professional, successful, large, influential Christian leaders.
