These terms explain how you may use actionchristianity.com and what applies if you give to us or buy something from us. We have written them in plain language. If anything is unclear, please contact us.
1. Who we are
Action Christianity is Peter Skov’s Christian ministry, based in Valby, Copenhagen, Denmark (CVR / company reg. no. 45924912). Email: central@actionchristianity.com. In these terms, “we” and “us” means Action Christianity, and “you” means anyone who uses the website or our services.
2. What we offer for free
Most of what we do is free: teaching articles, videos, downloadable documents, online and in-person meetings, prayer, inner healing and deliverance sessions, and discipleship groups. We give freely because we have received freely (Matthew 10:8).
- Free services are offered as a gift. You do not need to pay, register or give anything to use them.
- Because they are free, there is no purchase agreement. We may change, pause or end a free service at any time.
- Taking part is always voluntary. You can stop at any time.
3. Spiritual care is not medical or professional advice
Our teaching, prayer and sessions are spiritual and pastoral care. They can go alongside, but never replace, qualified medical, psychological, legal or financial help. Never stop taking medication or treatment without talking to your doctor. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in Denmark and the EU).
4. Gifts and donations
Gifts are voluntary and are not payment for any service. Everything we offer stays free whether or not you give.
- You can give by card or PayPal, by bank transfer, by MobilePay, or through Missionsfonden (as described on our Donate & Partner page). Those providers’ own terms also apply.
- Tax-deductible gifts in Denmark must go through Missionsfonden or the tax-deductible bank account. We cannot give tax advice.
- A monthly gift can be stopped at any time through your payment provider or by contacting us.
- If you gave by mistake (for example the wrong amount), contact us within 30 days and we will refund it where we reasonably can.
5. If you buy something from us
Sometimes we may sell something, for example a book, course, event ticket or other product. When you buy directly from us, these terms apply together with the description, price and delivery details shown at the time of purchase.
- Prices: all prices are shown before you buy and include Danish VAT where it applies. Any delivery cost is shown before you pay.
- Agreement: the purchase is agreed when we confirm your order by email.
- Payment: through the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not store your card details; the payment provider handles them.
- Delivery: physical items are sent to the address you give us. Digital items are delivered by email or download link.
- 14-day right of withdrawal: if you are a consumer in the EU, you can cancel a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For physical goods, the 14 days start when you receive them; send them back unused within 14 days of telling us. We refund what you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of your cancellation (we may wait until we receive returned goods). You pay the cost of returning goods unless we say otherwise.
- Exceptions: the right of withdrawal ends for digital content once the download or streaming has started with your consent, and it does not apply to tickets for an event on a specific date. If an event is cancelled by us, you get your money back.
- Faulty items: you have the rights the Danish Sale of Goods Act (købeloven) gives consumers, including the right to complain about defects for 2 years.
- Items sold by others: books or products we link to on other websites (for example Amazon) are sold by those websites under their own terms.
To cancel or complain, email central@actionchristianity.com with your name, what you bought and when.
6. Using our content
- You are welcome to read, download, print and share our articles, documents and videos for personal, church and non-commercial use, as long as you do not change their meaning and you mention Action Christianity (with a link where possible).
- Please ask us before you sell our material or publish it in a book or paid product.
- Bible quotations are from the New International Version (NIV) unless stated otherwise. Scripture quotations taken from The Holy Bible, New International Version® NIV®, Copyright © 1973, 1978, 1984, 2011 by Biblica, Inc.™ Used by permission. All rights reserved worldwide.
7. What we ask of you
- Use the website lawfully and respectfully, and do not try to harm it, overload it or get access to areas that are not public.
- When you write to us or take part in a meeting or session, do not share content that is unlawful, abusive or that breaks other people’s rights.
- Children under 13 should use contact forms and sign-ups together with a parent or guardian.
8. Links to other websites
We link to other ministries, videos and websites because we have found something helpful there. We are not responsible for their content, and a link does not mean we agree with everything they teach. Where we have concerns, we explain them on our Justice Cases pages.
9. Responsibility
We do our best to keep the website accurate, safe and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. As far as Danish law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the website or our free services. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
10. Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect purchases you have already made.
12. Law and complaints
Danish law applies. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. Consumers can also complain to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board via Nævnenes Hus. Disputes are handled by the Danish courts, but as a consumer you can always use the courts where you live if the law gives you that right.
